• Account Credentials & Identifiers: We collect your corporate login credentials (managed through our secure cloud software provider) to authenticate your access to the App. This includes your name, employee/user ID, and assigned store location.

• Food Safety & Compliance Data: We collect the responses, text inputs, and completion timestamps from your food safety checklists.

• Bluetooth Device Data: The App uses Bluetooth functionality to pair with external hardware (such as digital thermometers and pH meters). The specific temperature and pH readings captured by these tools are collected and logged against your active checklist session.

• Device Permissions (Bluetooth): The App requires Bluetooth permissions exclusively to communicate with food safety hardware tools. We do not use this permission to track your physical personal location or access other personal devices.

The data collected via SushiSafe is used solely for legitimate business operations and food safety compliance:

• To authenticate authorized users and ensure secure logging.

• To record accurate HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) logs, temperature checks, and acid/pH metrics.

• To sync operational metrics to our secure cloud software provider

• To generate compliance dashboards, monitor store-level safety execution, and trigger corporate alert protocols for out-of-spec readings.

We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute any data collected through this App. Your data is only shared with trusted service partners essential to our internal business operations:

• Our Secure Cloud Software Provider: All checklists, user logs, and device readings are securely pushed directly to our secure cloud software provider instance on the backend for centralized management, report building, and user administration.

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard the information collected through the App. Because access is restricted to corporate credentials, data integrity relies on users maintaining the confidentiality of their login profiles.
